Location

• We are on a side road just over a mile from the village of Fionnphort (Iona Ferry), on the Isle of Mull

Accommodation

• We have a family room with one king-size bed and one single
• The guest sitting room has a comfortable double sofa-bed
• We can sleep a maximum of five, plus one baby (in a cot)
• The accommodation is all on the ground floor
• The shower room is a few steps along the hall
• A cot is available for babies
• No smoking

Meals

• Breakfast is served in our farmhouse style kitchen/dining-room
• Evening meal on arrival if you arrange in advance

Ferries

• The principal car ferry to Mull sails from Oban
• We strongly advise that you book
• The ferry to Iona runs from Fionnphort, just a mile from us
• Other ferries run from Lochaline and Kilchoan

Travel on Mull

• Most roads are single track with passing places
• Allow 60-75 minutes to get here from Craignure
• Allow 75-90 minutes from Fishnish (Lochaline ferry)
• Allow two hours from Tobermory (via Craignure) and three hours minimum by the scenic route
• The bus stops at the end of our road, five hundred yards from the house
